Eduardo Pelaez
CO-FOUNDER
Eduardo serves as the CEO of Wellmeaning Holdings. He has more than two decades of experience in global finance, real estate investment, and family-office asset management. As CEO, he oversees diversified investments across real estate, hospitality, and aviation.Under his leadership, Wellmeaning Investments has executed more than $300 million in real estate transactions and assembled a portfolio exceeding 400,000 square feet of leasable space in South Florida. A signature accomplishment is the acquisition and early positioning of Cynergi Wynwood, establishing the firm as one of the earliest institutional investors in one of Miami's most transformative submarkets.
Mr. Peláez's background in New York finance provides a foundation of institutional discipline, capital markets fluency, and strategic foresight that he applies to large-scale development, value-add repositioning, and multigenerational investment planning.

Alvaro Cardenas
CO-FOUNDER
Alvaro is an experienced business development entrepreneur. Over 25 years’ experience in global strategy, finance, retail, brand development, real estate investment and co-development.
He has ventured with family office companies mainly focused on real estate investments and developments. In addition, he established multiple JV partnerships with developers in South Florida and in Venezuela with projects including the Sambil Valencia Shopping Center (Sambil is the largest developer in the country).
His corporate roles in Sotheby’s International Realty include leading brand growth internationally to over 85 countries; as well as real estate development advisory. Prior to this, he was involved in finance roles in BBVA in Madrid and additional markets.

Emile Schachter
PRINCIPAL - WD CAPITAL ADVISORS
Emile focuses on providing real estate advisory services, underwriting co-investments, along with raising debt and equity for national and international real estate investors and owners.
Previously, Emile worked at Rialto Capital and Bridge Investment Group, both vertically integrated real estate investment management firms, with over $10B of assets under management. His experience at these firms spans acquisitions, asset management, CMBS, and B-piece underwriting across multiple asset classes.
Mr. Schachter holds a Master's in Finance and Real Estate from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management, with a concentration in Investments. He received his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology as a Fulbright Scholar.
